2jbt Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

To open and maintain an account at 2jbt, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

2jbt operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be asked to submit identity documents including a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or payment method verification at any point. Failure to provide these documents within a reasonable time frame may result in account suspension or the withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

All financial transactions on the 2jbt platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 2jbt accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods that are registered in your name and have been used to deposit to your 2jbt account, or have been verified through our KYC process.

All bets placed on the 2jbt platform are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific or event-specific rules published in the relevant betting markets:

• A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by 2jbt's system. You will receive an on-screen confirmation and your account balance will be updated to reflect the stake deduction.
• Bets placed at clearly erroneous odds — whether caused by a technical fault, human error, or any other system issue — may be voided by 2jbt at our discretion. We will notify you promptly if a bet is voided for this reason and your stake will be returned to your account.
• 2jbt reserves the right to limit the stake or refuse any bet from any player at any time without providing a reason. This is a standard industry practice and is not necessarily indicative of any wrongdoing on the player's part.
• Minimum bet across most markets at 2jbt is Rs 50. Maximum bet limits vary by market, event type, and player account tier and are displayed in the relevant betting interface.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and up until the point where 2jbt suspends the relevant market. Once a market is suspended, no further bets will be accepted until the market is reopened or settled.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your 2jbt PKR wallet promptly after the relevant event result is confirmed.

• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any withdrawal of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds is permitted.
• Where a bonus has a wagering requirement, only bets placed with real-money funds — not bonus funds — count towards meeting that requirement unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are awarded to one account per person, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. Multiple accounts or coordinated abuse of bonus offers will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account closure.

2jbt reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Identification of the account holder as a minor.
• Instructions from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Where an account is closed for reasons attributable to player misconduct, 2jbt reserves the right to void outstanding bets and retain any bonuses or bonus-derived winnings in the account at the time of closure. Deposits made with real money that have not been wagered in breach of these Terms will be returned to the player through their verified payment method.

All disputes are subject to the governing law and exclusive jurisdiction specified in our licence terms. These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be interpreted and governed accordingly.
